It’s time to invest!

It seems like the market is the same as it was for us in about 2000.

Now is a perfect storm of price pressure,supply and demand along with yields rising.

I have done most of the research but got too sick to post, however Kiwibank have captured my points very well here:

I try to keep my data up to date that you cannot get elsewhere at the top of my blog, ie inventory etc.

I’m a bit better for a couple of weeks till I hit the next cancer drug trial here in Melbourne where I had to move to live. I’ll try to update with a new post showing the data I’ve got but Kiwibank comments are matching my impressions very closely to that data.
