Yes, but the reversing will be extended over time so I expect it would have less impact. It’s too early for data to see if the impact of so many accidental landlords has caused a rental market change, but it must do, maybe this or next month. It may also cause an impact on the sales market if they all or mostly withdraw their houses from selling.
